Ontario Creating Safer Communities through Second Chance Hiring

Ontario believes in second chance hiring. This is why the government is investing $12 million to support 9 projects that are designed to help 2,000 people leaving the justice system, or who have prior criminal records to find meaningful jobs with local businesses. There is a safe place in the work force for all individuals working to get back on track.
