June is National Indigenous History Month!

June 1st marks the beginning of National Indigenous History Month.

I encourage you to take time this month to learn about the distinct experiences, languages, cultures, and contributions of First Nation, Inuit and Métis peoples across the province and country. Our government will continue to focus on advancing meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous partners.

National Indigenous Peoples Day is celebrated on June 21st.
